Job Description
Work Place: our Factory in Badr and 10th of Ramdan
- Set daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Organizing the workflow by specifying the responsibility of each individual under his management
- Supervising work personnel inside the production hall
- Good monitoring of all production stages that take place
- Permanent observation of production workers and how to raise the performance of the worker on the production line
- Constant observation of equipment work and its efficiency
- Cooperate with the maintenance team to raise the equipment performance
- Writing the daily report for the company director
- Determining the extent to which the company needs to purchase new tools or equipment to assist in developing the production process.
- Ensure that the final product is delivered to the stores in a correct and complete manner, whether in terms of number or quality.
Job Requirements
Qualification required:
- Bachelor's degree in Production engineering.
- Required experience: not less than 15 years, and at least 5 years as “Factory Production Manager” with the necessity of having experience in dealing with the working class in particular
- Experience in CNC Milling,CNC Lath , metal cutting machines ,metal bending machines.
- Good Knowledge of welding is a plus .
- Experience in preparing ISO Certifications is a plus
