Job Description
- Handle outbound holidays packages for groups and individuals or tailor made request
- Advising clients & provide general or specific advice about different travel destinations
- Developing itineraries and making quotations for packages
- Making arrangements for Ticket, transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities outside Egypt
- Following up with the clients during and after their trip through various channels (Calls, emails, social media channels etc.)
- Limited advice for travelers of visa procedures (Schengen, UK, US & Thailand) is a Plus (There is a separate Visa Department for Visa hassle)
- Issuing travel insurance.
- Basic usage of our social media channels in order to respond to clients' requests
- Closing sales and follow up with clients "using above channels” Researching travel information and using market research information to guide decisions.
- Handling invoicing and issuing of vouchers
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints and make alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues
- Evaluating customers’ holidays, issuing appropriate feedback form and assuring client's
Job Requirements
- Have an experience with international reservations groups.
- Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, keyboard writing
- Responsibility and commitment.
- Work under pressure.
- Willing to start immediately.
- Bachelor degree of Tourism.
- 2 - 4 years’ Experience in the field of tourism.
- Female.
- Maximum age is 30 years old.
