Job Description
- Update product information and content on the website
- Manage website configuration & parameters (eg payment options)
- Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising
- Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues.
- Test and deploy functional projects /improvements
- Link with internal resources regarding the day to day management of the website
- Continuous monitoring and reacting to customer’s activities (approving. Declining, replying,…etc)
- Manage website forms and wok updating them usually with the needed information.
- Accepting/rejecting requests from the customers (for example for the communities, Skills marketplace users, withdraw requests,.. etc)
- Generate Sales, registered users & posted jobs reports.
- Review the users on the marketplace before accepting them as users on the marketplace.
- Manage the content for the blogs and newsletter.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Magento admin (preferably with Magento qualifications)
- Familiar with data management
- Previous experience of website or e-commerce CMS
- Understanding of order management/customer fulfillment
- Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, browsers, basic HTML, data files)
- Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics would be desirable
- Excellent English speaking, reading and writing
