Job Description
- Analyze, Design, and Develop CRM related enhancements
- Support CRM solution performance enhancements
- Support CRM deployment
- Perform root cause analyses for common CRM problems and create fixing plans
- Support in CRM solution testing, training, and adaptation
- Support domain architects in capturing solution key components for the different layers (Business, Data, Application, Technology)
- Enable other IT\Digital projects development
Job Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering or equivalent
- 6-8 years of development experience
- Digital solutions design, development and implementations
- Solution testing methodologies and approaches
- Performance Tuning
- Good in User Interface Design
- Digital Solution operations and continuous enhancements
- Effort estimation and activities planning
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Marketing)
- Experience in data visualization tool such as power BI
- Experience in development with different technologies (.Net, Java, JavaScript)
- Experience in different integration approaches and design patterns (Synchronous, Asynchronous, Event-Based, Message-Based, Bulk Integration, Pull Approach, Push Approach, etc.)
- Experience in different integration platforms and solutions (Message Queues, API Getaway, Service Bus, SOA, …)
- Experience in Cloud Development (Azure, AWS, Google)
