Job Description
- Promoting high stander of Teaching and learning through "Inspiration, innovation and leadership".
- Lead and manage Teachers performance (attending classes, and preparing the agenda for regular meetings to review examination results and departmental development plans) .
- Taking responsibility for academic outcome.
- Strategic planning and curriculum development.
- Developing strategies to drive up academic standers.
- Supervise Education Team
- Coordinate with CEO on strategic planning.
- Work with the Education Team to set up program materials.
- Approve the new curriculum after checking the quality of the materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of related background education.
- Native/ Fluent English Language
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Professional Teaching Certificate
- Previous work experience in English institutions as education manager
- Previous experience in creating teaching curriculum, developing materials.
- Previous work experience in teaching ESL , Business English, TESL and technical English.
