About the job:
- In this role, you will provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing and configure hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Help desk.
- You will be responsible for administration and internal support of the academy PCs, printers, scanners, laptops and related equipment.
- Tasks include end user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
- Provide support for all Information Technology products and services.
- Support may include answering questions and troubleshooting problems. Additionally, it may involve troubleshooting printer issues.
- Install & maintains operating systems
- Solve connection problems between laptop and PC to data show
- Install new hardware
- Install and configure printer and scanner
- Responsible for Computer Labs
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
- Document internal procedures
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business or related field
