Job Description
Develop and plan sales and marketing policies in collaboration with senior management
- Setting goals and objectives of selling and developing strategies that achieve these objectives.
- Establish a database of markets, competitors, geographic regions and their distribution.
- To increase market share by increasing sales volume.
- Participate in the selection, training and identification of sales men
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales men and improve their skills.
- Follow-up after sales service and continuous communication with customers and respond to complaints.
