Job Description
Directly in charge of the beverage station, where alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served along with hot beverages and desserts.
- Maintains personal hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant at all
- Reports to duty at least 15 minutes before the start of
- Follows opening, shift change, closing, set-up, and breakdown duties.
- Adheres to daily cleaning schedule or other duties assigned by restaurant
- Adheres to all work rules, regulations, policies, and
- Responsible for maintaining equipment in their bar
- Reports to the restaurant manager any equipment that requires maintenance.
- Reports any accidents to the restaurant manager (e.g., burns, cuts, etc.).
- Minimizes beverage
- Checks expiration dates of all
- Follows FIFO inventory
- Maintains adequate stock levels of all items used throughout the
- Prepares all beverage items as per standard and replenishes beverage item as per stock level
- Is familiar with how to make a wide variety of

- Coordinates directly with Mezza Chef on freshly prepared items (Ayran, orange juice, etc)
