Senior Recruitment Specialist

With our on-going expansion, Basharsoft the company behind WUZZUF, Forasna and Viriphi is looking to hire an Inhouse Senior Recruitment Specialist .

We are looking for a focused and proactive Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate holds relevant experience of working within the recruitment function and has been responsible for implementing innovative recruitment solutions in a best practice environment.

Main Duties:

• Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
• Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used
• Pre-screens all applications for all vacancies, helps managers to develop interviews, conducts interviews and performs reference checks when required.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements
  
• Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
