Job Purpose:

Monitoring the network status and Investigate and resolve the faults through taking the appropriate actions according to the operations procedures to ensure high performance of company network
Performs analysis and diagnosis on networking problems through providing preventive actions to avoid any expected problems and ensure high performance
Offer service excellence through providing redundant solutions to fulfill the company uptime needed
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and management of LAN/WAN to provide the proper support through the right communication channels
Responsible for routine checks and backups on network through technical channels to minimize downtime

2-4 years of Experience.
Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering or any other related degree.
Excellent command of English.
CCNA is a Must.
CCNP (Preferable)
Extensive knowledge in different VoIP telephony systems.
Excellent team building and time management skills.
Excellent communication & documentation skills.
Have experience in call center technologies.
Organizing, problem-solving and high analytical skills.
Work on Cisco network security: Cisco VPN technology, ASA, Cisco CX WEB-filtering.
Familiar with Cisco switches different families 29xx, 3xxx, 45xx and 65xx.
WAN optimization [Internet usage, WAN links]
VOIP orientation technologies.
Experienced in Cisco different platform configuration and implementation.
