Job Description
- Control of food and beverage outlets in terms of waste, theft and efficiency.
- Effective control over the cost of food and beverages.
- Responsible for updating recipes in the systems.
- Check and confirm any promotional discounts.
- Verify all adjustments made on the POS system.
- Check the list prices and update them on the POS systems and ensure that the correct prices are loaded.
- Responsible for preparing monthly and daily reports on food and beverages and distributing them to the management.
- Preparing daily and monthly cost reports regarding cost of sales.
- Checking with the receiving department immediately to ensure the correctness of the scales and checking the goods to ensure their quality.
- Verify and ensure that no materials are issued from the store without the request or approval of the concerned department head.
- Coordinate with the management and financing of restaurants to sort out issues related to food and beverages.
- Maintaining the security of information maintained by the department.
- Any other tasks as requested by the management.
Job Requirements
- BA Degree in Accounting.
- Experience in F&B IS A MUST.
- Oracle ERP is a plus Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a high-level attention to detail.
