Job Description

  • Work in conjunction with the PR Manager on the development of public relations plans, communication strategies, tactics and budgets.
  • Supervise the production of communication material for the company, including brochures, presentations, different booklets and flyers – this can involve writing and proof reading and liaising with design team.
  • Participate in the planning and organization of press conferences.
  • Participate in the planning and organization of small, medium and large-scale events and book fairs.
  • Responsible for media relations.
  • Media monitoring and compiling of media coverage reports.
  • Assist in the write up of press releases, speeches and announcements.
  • Constant update of company’s website and literature.
  • Support PR Manager in day-to-day activities.

Job Requirements

  • B.sc in Business Administration, major in Marketing (Highly preferred).
  • Graduates from (GUC –AUC –CIC – BUE, .. etc) Highly required.
  • 2-4 experience in PR and communication position.
  • Experience in planning and organization of events.
  • Strong writing skills (in both English & Arabic languages).
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
