Job Description
- Work in conjunction with the PR Manager on the development of public relations plans, communication strategies, tactics and budgets.
- Supervise the production of communication material for the company, including brochures, presentations, different booklets and flyers – this can involve writing and proof reading and liaising with design team.
- Participate in the planning and organization of press conferences.
- Participate in the planning and organization of small, medium and large-scale events and book fairs.
- Responsible for media relations.
- Media monitoring and compiling of media coverage reports.
- Assist in the write up of press releases, speeches and announcements.
- Constant update of company’s website and literature.
- Support PR Manager in day-to-day activities.
Job Requirements
- B.sc in Business Administration, major in Marketing (Highly preferred).
- Graduates from (GUC –AUC –CIC – BUE, .. etc) Highly required.
- 2-4 experience in PR and communication position.
- Experience in planning and organization of events.
- Strong writing skills (in both English & Arabic languages).
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
