Job Description
- Building a strong pipeline from both Individuals and corporate.
- Conducting outbound calls and various sales activities.
- Responding to incoming emails, phone and social media enquiries.
- Generating new quotations and/or proposals.
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
- Recording bookings and sending details to the operation department.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Keeping management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly report.
- Monitoring competitors by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products… etc.
- Performing other duties as assigned or requested.
Job Requirements
- Male / Female.
- Presentable, organized, confident and self motivated.
- 1-3 Years of Experience in Sales.
- Fluency in English, MS Office & Social Media.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Good business sense and a professional manner.
- Proven working experience as a business development or sales executive.
- Able to work well on her own, part of a team & result oriented.
