Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software
- Experience with visual communication principles
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Proven SEO experience
- Proven SEM experience managing campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Net Insight,Web Trends)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
- With 1-3 years of experience in setting Digital Marketing strategy, paid ads campaign, social media management and SEO.
- SEO experience is a MUST.
