Job Description

  • Selling SHIFT training courses to corporate accounts.
  • Generating new customer leads
  • Planing, directing, coordinating and executing selling activities to deliver the offering of Shift services portfolio to different customer segments and types through personal selling kills.
  • Achieving sales targets by generating, coordinating, monitoring and responding to customers
  • Providing meaningful market feedback justified with clear evidences to the company through routine reports to communicate the needed adaptation to the company decision makers.
  • Following up the complete sales cycle starting from prospecting and lead generation till receivables collection.
  • Coordinate training delivery for own sales

Job Requirements

  • 3 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the same field.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
  • Presentable (dressing, talking, and appearance)
  • High communication skills, with ease of building rapport.
  • Challenging personality, with high ability of personal goal setting.
  • Self motivated, consistent and serious.
  • Eager to learn, with high growth need strength
  • Dynamic and highly mobile
  • Owns a private car and will use it for business transportation (the company will pay the transportation expenses)
