Job Description
- Representing the Agency with the client.
- Effectively assign, delegate, coordinate and monitor the work of agency staff members assigned to client projects when required.
- Supervising the day-to-day communication with clients
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
- Execute Online PR and social media marketing campaigns.
- Prepare PR activities, presentations, reviews and evaluations.
- Responsible for writing reports and monitoring the profitability of accounts.
- Manage all PR activities for clients (media, creative, event management and CSR, etc...)
- Ensuring that press releases and other communication pieces are written for specific campaigns.
- Responsible for timely production of all requested material for the client
- The development of all account documentation (contact reports, status reports, briefs, media relations reports, action plans…etc)
- Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks..
- Presenting media relations activities, creative work , event details…etc to clients for approval or modification.
- Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Advising on the important business events /congress to be attended locally/ regionally/ globally.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PR and Communications field.
- Excellent skills in negotiation and project management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent in English language.
- University Graduated.

- Strong attention to details , team work, time management and crew
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs
