Job Description

Sales Support

  • Ensure project deliverables are in line with project expectations.

Administration Support

  • Supervise daily physical transactions.
  • Contact interface with the customer.
  • Supervising and ensure handling procedures within the warehouse are respected according to goods specs.
  • Supervising the daily documentation procedures in the warehouse.
  • Supervising the receiving, inspection and shelving all shipments.
  • Supervise all transactions on the system
  • Ensure the processes and procedures are respected inside the warehouse
  • Supervise all inventory actions and report.
  • Report to warehouse operation Manager.

Quality & Improvement

  • Respecting the ISO requirements and quality regulations.
  • Applying the Order Acceptance steps.
  • Direct the account employees.

Job Requirements

  • Considerable skill in organization and communication.
  • Ability to gather data and generate easy to understand documents and reports.
  • Thorough knowledge of freight and customs clearance practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodology and concepts.
  • Knowledge of computer software for tracking, filing, and e-mail messaging
