Job Description
- Ensure Project Controls systems and tools are properly used across the Program and that Project Execution Requirements (PERs) are adhered to.
- Deliver timely, accurate and integrated Project Controls information that facilitates a clear understanding of the performance of the Infrastructure Program and its component projects in relation to planned targets.
- Ensure data integrity is maintained through the lifecycle of the Program.
- Provide management with clear visibility of performance, and the implications and movements of cost integrated schedules and change the program and the progress of its projects by maintaining the baselines and audit trails for deliverables and other documentation.
- Provide Earned Value Management (EVM) across the Program, using Earned Value Analysis (EVA) tools and methodologies to develop, track and interpret earned value metrics, perform variance analyses, and cost forecasting.
- Manage the collection and maintenance of all information that supports the reporting of progress, measures achievement, and exception and variances against planned performance / expected benefits in KPIs and business cases.
- Promote, through word and action, a single integrated team culture that values openness and transparency, and ensures data integrity is maintained throughout the lifecycle of the Program.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering.
- From 7 to 10 years of experience.
- Excellent user of Primavera.
- Project Management Professional Certified is preferred.
- Real estate experience is preferred.
