Job Description
- Support all software that we have in Call Center.
- Setup, management, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Company Computers’ Hardware and Software, Printers, and Networks.
- Replacing parts when it is required.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Conducting electronically safety checks on computer equipment.
- Ensure work on Social media and online marketing.
- Shift: 9 am to 5 pm.
- Friday & Saturday OFF.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related study.
- VPN - VOIP Connection.
- Excellent Network Deployment and Trouble-shooting skills.
- Experience with Operating Systems (Win XP,7, 8) and MS Office.
- Experience with Computer Hardware Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills.
- Good Command of English Language.
