- Managing the translation department.
- Assign the tasks to the translation team.
- Motivating the team to succeed and improve their skills.
- Testing, evaluating and participating in the appointment of candidates.
- Follow up and observe the team performance.
- Assist and support the implementation of action plans that meet the operational and organizational objectives.
- Meet tight deadlines to ensure the translation is completed and ready on the agreed time.
- Support the translators & proofreaders when needed.
