Job Description
- Team leader for assigned projects.
- Must be involved with the creative team throughout all the creative process.
- Abiding to the time schedule according to the contract.
- Must make sure to abide with his/her team the designer manual.
- Involved in the drawing process.
- Following up with the suppliers.
- Revising all the technical drawings before submission and supervising the whole process.
- Responsible for the final package of the drawings.
- Planning & Prioritizing
- Fill in the planed time schedule weekly and the actual daily.
- Review the team time schedule.
- Plan and priorities the daily tasks according to Projects deadlines.
- Development
- Always think and give his/her input about how to make work better.
- Get acquainted with the new trends and designs in one’s own personal times.
- Finance
- Calculate or revise the new project areas before being sent to the financial department to prepare the contract.
- Coordinate with financial department for every project:
- Revise the scope of the project
- After every phase completion send a notification to financial department.
Job Requirements
- BA of Architecture engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of experience.
- Excelent user of Adobe Photoshop and Indesign.
- Excelent user of Autocad, sketchup, 3D studio VIZ of similar.
- Excelent user of Microsoft office applications.
- Perfect command of the English Language written and spoken.
- Required Skills:
- Managerial skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Time management skills
- Excellent presentation skils.
- Other qualifications:
- Experience in working with AutoCAD, Photoshop.
- Sketch up and /or 3D Max, Revit.
- Language skills: English skills
