About the Job
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that broadens the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Manage our distribution trucks
- Set and monitor the store's budget, while making every effort to increase efficiency and profits
- Monitor and evaluate sales activities, including identifying areas of sales, achieving sales targets, preparing sales activity reports, evaluating results achieved and taking appropriate corrective actions to improve performance.
- Study and follow up the market share of the company and competitors, and follow-up competitors' strategies and all changes that occur in the market.
- Working to increase the market share by increasing the volume of sales.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail store and overseas sales and customer service representatives
- Maintaining the customer experience through team member interaction and store presentation
- Communicate effectively
- Achieving desired results and a high level of sales performance
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in Retail and F&B Traditional.
- Experience in key account and Modern Trade.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales Distribution .
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Must have computer skills and be patient with customers.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Males only.
- Car owner is preferable
