Job Description
- To promote Inertia Finishing packages and to coordinate their implementation.
- To receive modification requests and to coordinate with the Technical department as well as follow up with the client.
- To handle Technical requests/complaints (e.g. gross vs. net, finishing material queries, etc.)
- To handle Swimming pool/landscape requests and coordinate with the Technical department as well as follow up with the client.
- Handing Over to clients.
- Snag list negotiation, and follow up until completion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- CRM Engineer: 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Or if Senior CRM Engineer: 4-7 years of experience.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
