Job Description
- Ensures the welfare of stocks
- Follows up on order delivery
- Manages and oversees the accuracy of the documentary cycle from products receivable to products’ final release
- Performs audit on all products delivered to ensure that the products are registered in the system
- Prepares the annual report which is primarily composed of:
- Plans covering:
- - Space requirements
- - Equipment required
- Team training requirements
- Budgets covering the items in the plans above
- Prepares the monthly report that covers the movement of products
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Oversee picking, packing and distribution activity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration is preferable
Training in:
- Warehouse management
- Total Quality Management
- Ability to set clear objectives for all subordinates
- Ability to check progress on achievement of objectives
- Ability to provide on-the-job-coaching
