- Coordinating with After sales department to support the product by putting down the quality rules in the service centers.
- Communicate with the manufacturers concerning technical support, warranty, and training technician and engineers.
- Follow up the company's service centers and approved centers.
- Managing the warranty department.
- Train the warranty engineer.
- Monitor the quality of the spare parts.
