Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Serves front counter reception customers to meet DHL’s customer service and express center (retail) Objectives.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Receive customers at front counter receptions and process shipments through DHL software.
- Ensure all security procedures for all shipments received are followed up.
- Ensure that all shipments arriving at the express center are scanned whether delivered through the front counter or will be Held for Collection.
- Assure all customers receive service, which is prompt, friendly, courteous and helpful.
- Provide customer feedback to others in the organization
- Meet service level and response time objectives
- Meet quality objectives
- Perform customer identification and shipment identification
- Record sales leads and operation leads
- Record customer complaints.
- Make continuous work process improvements.
- Revenue Generator.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree
- Write & speak English fluently.
- Computer literate and familiar with Word and Excel.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Able to communicate and listen.
- Sales awareness and telephone manner.
- Use of own initiative and working with a team.
- Product knowledge and understanding job responsibilities / procedures / quality / company values.
- Problem solving.
- Keyboard experience
