Job Description
- Assess tender requirements and documents to prepare tender submissions and to ensure compliance with MEK policies and applicable laws.
- Generate tender and contract related reports as required.
- Proactively screen the market for tender announcements and related news.
- Receive, review, disseminate tasks and follow up to ensure timely, accurate and fully responsive proposals are tendered.
- Responsible for the proposal and tender of small and mega construction projects.
- Prepare quotations in accordance with project requests.
- Manage the Tender evaluation process and recommendation for award.
- Guide and direct the tender action procedures including the preparation of Tender evaluation reports.
- Refine and optimize tenders management organization to ensure best-in-class and fully efficient tender process workflow.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in the Construction Industry, contracting and budgetary and cost control procedures.
