Job Description
- Process international stock transfers for designated countries.
- Ensure integrity of export transactions.
- Communicates with customer service group for any requirements or exceptions found in freight documents or physical cargo receipt.
- Responsible for timely update of milestones as a contingency to Customer Service, will contact customers with exceptions to advise shipment status or to obtain shipment information in a professional manner.
- Assists the day-to-day operations of the export department to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Ensure that file contains all necessary document copies in proper sequence.
- Assists with ensuring that payable and receivable documents are completed accurately and forwarded within time constraints
- Trace shipment through transit points up to final destination and advice customer service as needed.
- Ensures that highest level of data quality and integrity by processing shipment accurately.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate (Bachelor Degree) or maximum 3 years' Experience in the same position or related.
- Any Profile without a profile picture will be excluded from the filtration
- Proven experience in Export is preferred.
- High degree of Multi-Tasking and Time Management
- Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access and Outlook.
- Detail Oriented and Analytical with high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication, prioritize and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills – able to resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
