Job Description
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated area
- Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Calculating & preparing client quotations and administering client accounts
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;
- Assisted in the selection of equipment based on performance and availability.
- Developed a new method of assessing mechanical drawings for required ventilation equipment on large projects using Excel.
- Obtained knowledge of industrial and commercial heating and air conditioning equipment, energy recovery systems, and many air control products.
- Create clear quotations and proposals based on the selections above
- Create accurate submittals based on the selections above
- Answer phone inquiries by customers on selected equipment
- Create complete packages so that equipment can be ordered
- Follow critical orders until they are successfully delivered to the customer on time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 to 10 Years of Sales experience at HVAC Sector.
- Strong Technical knowledge of A/C products & heating systems
- Has proven track of achieving sales target
- Good knowledge of local market at HVAC segment
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
