Job Description

  • Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated area
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Calculating & preparing client quotations and administering client accounts
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;
  • Assisted in the selection of equipment based on performance and availability.
  • Developed a new method of assessing mechanical drawings for required ventilation equipment on large projects using Excel.
  • Obtained knowledge of industrial and commercial heating and air conditioning equipment, energy recovery systems, and many air control products.
  • Create clear quotations and proposals based on the selections above
  • Create accurate submittals based on the selections above
  • Answer phone inquiries by customers on selected equipment
  • Create complete packages so that equipment can be ordered
  • Follow critical orders until they are successfully delivered to the customer on time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 to 10 Years of Sales experience at HVAC Sector.
  • Strong Technical knowledge of A/C products & heating systems
  • Has proven track of achieving sales target
  • Good knowledge of local market at HVAC segment
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
