Job Description

  • Supply Chain Coordinator must make planning-related decisions in the current overall economic context of the business unit
  • Develops master shipping plans, all loading schedules, and documentation for shipping in support of internal/external customer service requirements and warehouse efficiencies for manufactured materials.
  • Uses Company Software program planning tools to ensure valid schedules.
  • Oversees communication of any availability, outage, or quality issues during shipping and transit.
  • Identifies, negotiates, and brings to resolution any transportation imbalances working with Supply Chain, Sales, Production, and Customer Service, Marketing, and Foreign Trade and make necessary adjustments in the transportation schedule.
  • Monitors plant adherence to schedules and facilitates actions to improve.
  • Review and manage all scheduled change requests.
  • Manages a complex, multi-source schedule with specific carrier requirements such as temperature control and tank cleanouts
  • Demonstrate understanding of safety requirements and their importance including prevention, preparedness, emergency planning and reactions to alarms. Act in accordance with site basic process safety rules and regulations.
  • Reports on month end shipping, and shipping KPI’s in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Find, sort, or move goods between different parts of the business.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate (Bachelor Degree) or maximum 3 years' Experience in the same position or related.
  • Any Profile without a profile picture will be excluded from the filtration
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain is preferred.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Skills in MS Office
  • Preferred Accounting or Supply Chain background.
