Job Description
- Developing and establishing Client Relations strategies, operation plan, set performance standards and design performance measurement tools.
- Design reporting system and escalation process and plan to ensure constant monitoring of the work flow and performance.
- Participate in the selection of the client relations team members to insure that the recruits meet the required standards and qualifications.
- Lead Client Relations team to ensure that all processes, functions and systems are in place to insure that premium service is provided to the customers.
- Coaching / guiding and on job training for the Client Relations team in order to maintain the performance benchmark.
- Handle critical cases escalated by the team members in person.
- Clearly and constantly communicate the happenings and news on both company and market level to the Client Relations team.
- Provide the top management with required reports covering the major activities carried out by the team and the progress realized.
