Job Description
- Reviews applicable technology and literature
- Analyzing job duties.
- Identify and assess training needs within a hospital.
- Meet with managers and supervisors to ascertain needs.
- Conduct surveys.
- Train employees for specific skills.
- Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible professional experience working on training
- Experience developing training programs
- Hospital experience is preferred
- Training of Trainers program Certificate is preferred.
- Flexible to move from site to another Site
Skills:
- Must be able to translate broad training and field experience into specialized training courses.
- Knowledge of medical training , and training development.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
