Job Description
- Handle all technical issues for any defective mobile devices S/W or H/W.
- Check the device fault reason, quality checking and detect the problem and do the right required action per case.
- Ability to make the basic testing progress and perform the quality control process before finalize the maintenance procedures
- Apply case by case on the system application and ensure that the maintenance, servicing and repair works are carried out in accordance with current company standards and any relevant operations.
- To regularly and effectively communicate with clients, suppliers and other personnel in order to maintain and develop excellent professional working relationships and ensure smooth operation of the business.
- Should be able to organize the work and time efficiently and to work supportively within a team.
- Work with different maintenance tools for mobile phones, soldiering, assembling and disassembling devices with good performance and sensitive finishing.
- Submitting clear and accurate reports of works carried out, with clear recommendations for any further work required from field.
- Organizing routine servicing schedules.
- Communicating with direct Managers on job progression.
Job Requirements
- Located in EL Qualiobeya , Shobra, Qualioub , or near to this area.
- Males Only.
- Aware about mobile phones industry.
- Aware about service and after sales routine procedures.
- Good knowledge about SW different mobile phones operating systems and main after sales operations.
- Ability to work on computer different applications.
- Ability to work on – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Has a good knowledge about Health and Safety concepts at after sales service centres.
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Good organisational skills.
- Good Knowledge about Mobile phones Smart/Feature & Tablets H/W different spare parts.
- Good knowledge about assembling and disassembling electronic devices and know how to use main maintainace tools for mobile phones.
- 1-3 years experienced in same filed.
- Electrical /electronic and communication engineers are preferred.
