Job Description
- Lead the Call Center recruiting team across sites/states and oversee all functions and processes from start to finish ensuring a high level of consistency.
- Provide recruiters and support positions expert level consultation, guidance and direction in recruitment practices, strategy, and compliance standards.
- Evaluate market conditions and ensure candidate inventory population stays at appropriate levels to accommodate anticipated demand during “In Cycle” months of business.
- Pro-actively strategies alternative solutions and/or new ideas for sourcing which may include a social media recruitment strategy.
- Collaborates closely with Call Center Leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure consistency of recruiting processes and practices.
- Develop and build recruiting resources, relationships, and networking activities to attract qualified employees interested in part-time/seasonal positions and full-time support staff positions.
- Manage job fair schedule, networking events and community outreach which includes veterans, diversity, and disability candidate's providers.
- Stays current with effective sourcing and recruiting practices and work with recruiting teams to positively affect cost, quality, and cycle time including innovative sourcing strategies.
- Supervision of the day-to-day operations for recruitment and sourcing, including regular coaching and development.
- Maintain all documentation, tracking of metrics, and recruiting reporting for the call center business.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7-10 years of solid recruiting experience, preferably in telecommunication environment.
- Excellent English is a must.
