- Develop grading system and pay structure.

- Support OD Team in developing reports and other tasks.
Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of solid experience in OD.
- HR Diploma or relevant certificate is a must.
- Very good English.
- Very good in MS office, Excel and Visio.
