Job Description
- Making support & managing for VOIP Network.
- Responsible for monitoring the route’s stats and SIP trunks.
- Responsible for creating, editing and managing routes to different destinations.
- Linux administration tasks and BASH scripting.
- Create and Track Rational Trouble Tickets received via email or telephone from both internal and external sources.
Job Requirements
- Engineering graduate - Telecommunication.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in NOC.
- NOC experience is a must.
- Good Knowledge with different systems.
