Job Description

Almentor.net is forming an all-star team and we're seeking a creatively ambitious, analytical, curious, and engaging Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead the execution of strategic marketing initiatives.

As a Digital Marketing Project Manager you will manage requirements and control scope for key initiatives that include (but are not limited to) Integrated Digital marketing Campaigns , Offline Campaigns, cross-functional launches, landing Pages development and redesign, SEO activities. You'll set the project direction, engage stakeholders, and align internal teams and agency partners toward successful deliveries - - communicating progress every step of the way.

You will oversee the internal digital marketing projects lifecycle to deliver comprehensive digital solutions. In addition to excelling in scope, time and budget management, the ideal Digital Project Manager also has a thorough understanding of digital media marketing in all its forms (Online marketing planning/Strategies, Tactics, SE and Social Media Advertising, SM Marketing, SEO).

Job Duties:

  • Develops all online/offline marketing project plans and manages the day-to-day development and coordination with cross-functional internal teams, external Agencies/Freelancers, and vendors from initiation to execution.
  • Coordinates projects timing and budgets with all Vendors/Agencies and stakeholders
  • Coordinate various offline/Online integrated communication and marketing activities.
  • Develops and communicates project performance throughout the project lifecycle to all stakeholders.
  • Maintains and updates all project plan documentation, from initiation through execution to close-out.
  • Work with Marketing Director on developing online/offline marketing Strategies/Tactics
  • Executing/Supervising Web, TV, Printed media, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Leads and participates in Vendors/Agencies/Third Parties meetings and is the key point of contact for assigned projects
  • Checks and approves all projects deliverables (e.g., creative/campaigns/production deliverables) to ensure they are aligned with company strategy and expectations
  • Ensures that project tasks are completed on time and on budget; escalates issues as needed to resolve
  • Identifies scope changes before they occur and manages defined change control process
  • Arranges, facilitates and documents legal, creative and technical reviews with and obtains signoff at key milestones

Job Requirements

  • Proven 6-7 years’ working experience in digital marketing
  • 2-3 years’ experience with formal project management methodologies, including all forms of project documentation
  • Advanced working knowledge of digital marketing tactics and ability to integrate across channels
  • Project Management certification is preferable
  • Demonstrated experience creating factual, concise and client-oriented verbal and written communications
  • Ability to analyze, make decisions, prioritize, assess and mitigate risk
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools / Social media management Tools
  • Demonstrated experience managing online projects (Portals, Online networks, Social Media Projects)
