Job Description
- Receiving and matching the invoices according to the purchase order/ Shipment.
- Directing the cost to the proper accounts.
- Prepare, update and manage daily and monthly payments schedule of all creditors.
- Monitor payments, review bank account reconciliations on payment runs, ensure payments are properly executed, and payment failures are identified.
- Reconcile GL control accounts relating to accounts payables and cost on a regular basis and ensure correct and accurate balances.
- Support monthly and annual closing processes “At the end of the month or year, record information such as accruals, deferral, reclass, and interdepartmental entries …etc.
- Preparing & controlling withholding tax reports & payments related.
- Handling Audit activities.
- Handling tax file with tax consultant.
- Support other functions whenever needed.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting is a must
- Excellent MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
- Very good English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic GP is a plus
