Job Description
- Oversees the international regulation process for export products requiring governmental or international approvals.
- Communicate with export related authorities, and customers, in all relevant territories and countries.
- Preparing commercial invoices for the goods and free goods and samples
- Preparing packing list
- Issue release from ministry of health
- Preparing certificate for origin
- Legalized all export document
- Preparing shipping declaration
- Follow up for all process with shipping companies
- Follow up agent payment and money collection
- Follow up with the storage condition for each product for each country
- Review all goods to ensure the special requirements for each product
- Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metric
- Monitor product export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
- Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
- Direct or coordinate comprehensive logistical or reverse logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, recycling, reuse, or final disposal of resources.
- Understands clients business challenges and appropriately aligns solutions to help achieve company’s goals.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences & Marketing or business degree is a plus.
- 10 years extensive export experience, preferably in an international context and in assessing and evaluating new international market opportunities and developing business plans for new initiatives.
- Knowledge of generic pharmaceutical industry or related commercial field.
- Proven leadership in negotiating new deals and defining business process requirements.
- Proven track record of expanding and growing business on an international scale.
- Proven ability to lead teams to meet and exceed sales goals and profit and market share objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills required.
- Results oriented and self motivated
- Excellent computer skills
