Job Description

Office Management

  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Greet visitors, and answer phone calls to direct for appropriate parties or take messages.
  • Conduct researches for clients locations to address regions & support for business communication.
  • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence accordingly with Group HR & Admin departments.
  • Keep employees personnel files organized & fulfill with all related documents for references & reports as required .
  • Gather personnel records from other departments or employees and communicate with Personnel Department for such a matter.
  • Perform office secretarial jobs such as attending & recording meeting mutinies, reading & sorting incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Handle the business trips and annual leaves process for company employees or visitors.
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
  • Communicate with all company departments’ heads to obtain or gather business information inquiries.
  • Handle Company petty cash , and ensure of existing of stationary materials as work needs.

Business Management

  • Prepare, and develop the annual business plan in terms of costs, expenditure, labor cost, sales generators, and launch to sales team for implementation.
  • Monitor the IT sales trend for all tender types & business activities, take advantage of sales opportunities.
  • Operate the price & discounts schedules, and review the sales activities reports to determine the profitability.
  • Monitor & analyze the customer preferences of IT products to determine focus of sales efforts& most products sold.
  • Overview The company price list comparing with other competitors to identify what needs to overcome.
  • Monitor the tenders announcement to determine the capability of work ,and follow up with sales team for execution
  • Participate in external sales activities such as training, conferences, franchisee meetings, prepare all reports related to discuss & communicate with team.
  • Assess marketing potential of new and existing sales generators, considering statistics and expenditures.
  • Follow up tender processing among all certain group /company departments, governmental & tender authorities to ensure of closing the deal as per plan & in timely manner.
  • Appraise the sales team, identify the performance development opportunities, plan and direct for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Faculty of Commerce, English Section
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English is a MUST.
  • Car is Must
  • Having Experience for Business Plans and Market Research
  • Living in 5th Settlement area is preferred.
