you will be responsible for directing lead generation and initial customer acquisition strategy and campaigns.

Monitoring improvement of the following key metrics above the steady baseline:

• Cost per acquisition from paid traffic campaigns
• Return on investment from paid traffic campaigns
• Total number of leads acquired from paid traffic campaigns
• Conversion rates for each step of acquisition funnels
• Conversion rate for each follow up campaign in relation to acquisition funnels
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
• Research and analyze competitor advertising Technics.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords and conversions.
