Job Description

Job Purpose

Planning, manage proper pricing of products and solutions offered to customers and contract negotiation as well as effectively to market and sell products and services to prospective and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Will be a key catalyst for the advancement of analytics client engagements from client exploration to active opportunity to client success.
  • Define the Go to market approach, key segments and targets to achieve revenue goals by leading the sales department to achieve client success.
  • Able to clearly articulate the value proposition for the entire portfolio, develop specific, long-lasting relationships with customers, and drive from concept to implementation.
  • Has the ability to shape the selling structure and culture of a growing company.
  • Provide weekly verbal and written reports, opportunities and forecasted closure of deals.
  • Build credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business.
  • Deliver sales revenue at least equal to assigned quota quarterly.
  • Accurately forecast business deals to be closed.
  • Make world class proposals and present the solutions to prospects.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with the clients with respect to delivery.
  • Attend and represent various business and industry meetings and trade shows.
  • Set customer expectations consistent with company offerings and delivery potential.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree. MBA is a plus.
  • 9+ years working experience. ERP Sales experience is required.
  • Major Application background (Enterprise ERP, CRM, SAP, Oracle, SAP Business One) is preferable.
  • Must have good understanding of ERP systems and integrations.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environment with extremely aggressive deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with business users, technology resources and end users.
  • Ability to clearly communicate status and issues with Management.
