Job Description

  • Handles all client calls with a positive and service-oriented attitude
  • Comply with set standards of customer service (e.g. quality of speech, call attendance, emails, handling queues, e-mails, etc.) for inbound calls in order to ensure customer confidence, satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide first call resolution for all guest inquiries
  • Keep up to date on services, policies and procedures to ensure accurate information and correct implementation.
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Resolves all issues or requests thoroughly through appropriate referral information or transfer to appropriate staff
  • Gives accurate and appropriate information to all callers according to organization Policies and Procedure

Job Requirements

  • High Degree.
  • 2-3 Years experience in Real Estate.
  • Work location: 5th Settlement.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Females Only.
