Job Description
- A General Manager for an NGO is required.
- Will be responsible and accountable for the overall operation and management of our organization.
- Develop and execute strategy as approved by the board.
- Will be fully responsible for our operations on national level.
- Raise fund to ensure the continuity of our projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with post graduate degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Excellent Experience in management and leadership.
- Capable of managing multiple, high-priority projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships at various levels and to resolve obstacles.
- Ability to provide effective supervision and staff management.
- Ability to manage projects effectively and meet firm deadlines.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).
