Job Description
- Respond to requests for information from financial media, designate research analysts and investors.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationship with regulatory authorities, brokerages companies and investment houses.
- Participate in planning and directing development and communications of informational programs to maintain favorable public and stockholder perceptions of an organization’s accomplishments and agenda.
- Manage expectations and keep a close eye on the forecasts circulating in the marketplace.

- Increase Research Coverage through meetings with local and international Brokerage Houses.
- Develop a Corporate Governance Code for the Company
- Issue an Annual Report for the Company each year
- Develop an IR Kit to be distributed in events, sponsorship and Analysts meetings.
- Study the objectives, promotional policies and needs of organizations to develop public relations strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products and services.
- Hold in strict confidence all information she/he obtains in the course of performing her/his deities.
