Job Description
- Reviewing & Selecting of Contractors submissions.
- Managing of projects managers and sites teams.
- Follow up projects to ensure all works as per scope of work and specifications.
- Reviewing and approval of the monthly bills.
- Inspect materials delivered at site to insure that it is as per the project specifications.
- Setup progress and following up meeting with contractors.
- Prepare a weekly progress report.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience.
- PMP, PMO holder is preferred.
- Ability to manage at least 7 big projects at the same time.
- Has proved record of previous achievements
- Worked minimum 5 years as projects manager
- Excellent management & decision making skills
