Job Description
- Screening potential candidates, and setting up interview appointments.
- Conducting face to face interviews.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed (i.e. Contracts, Offer letters, or any other operational paperwork).
- Following up on the social insurance process.
- Handling daily transactions & payroll processing to guarantee smooth delivery of accurate payment for employees on timely basis.
- Acting as a point of contact for all employees and answering their inquiries.
- Submitting and reconciling expense reports.
- Assisting in the preparation of invoices and submitting them to the clients.
- Preparing an organized filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing and scanning.
- Preparing vacation & attendance sheets for all Employees and following up on the time sheet .
- Ensuring the office is always neat and supplies are always available.
- Handling travel arrangements for all business trips.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
- Presentable with focus on customer service .
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Must be detail oriented and self organized.
