Job Description

  • Screening potential candidates, and setting up interview appointments.
  • Conducting face to face interviews.
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed (i.e. Contracts, Offer letters, or any other operational paperwork).
  • Following up on the social insurance process.
  • Handling daily transactions & payroll processing to guarantee smooth delivery of accurate payment for employees on timely basis.
  • Acting as a point of contact for all employees and answering their inquiries.
  • Submitting and reconciling expense reports.
  • Assisting in the preparation of invoices and submitting them to the clients.
  • Preparing an organized filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing and scanning.
  • Preparing vacation & attendance sheets for all Employees and following up on the time sheet .
  • Ensuring the office is always neat and supplies are always available.
  • Handling travel arrangements for all business trips.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English is a MUST.
  • Presentable with focus on customer service .
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be detail oriented and self organized.
