Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data, Vendor Invoices, Petty cash, Expenses, Notes payable and Pre-paid expenses
Processing Payments in a timely manner as payment terms and agreements
Preparing financial analyses and reports and courier commissions
Carry out other duties of accounts payable as assigned by the supervisor
Maintain correct, accurate and up-to-date records of cash and bank transactions in accordance with established procedures.
Follow up the Cash balances on a daily basis in all branches and report them to the direct manager
Daily assistance in treasury tasks from receiving cash or checks

Proven experience as A general Accountant.
Previous experience in the shipping industry is a plus
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferable.

Great attention to detail
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. odoo)
BSc/Ba in accounting, finance, or relevant field
