Job Description
Main duties & responsibilities
- Review daily out-standing reports and follow up shipping orders.
- Coordinate Customers orders with Sales team, plant and the Customer Service Manager.
- Revise and provide customers with shipping documents.
- Order and invoicing data entry
- Review the production plan with the plant.
- Tracking shipments to ensure no delays.
- Prepare required reports and invoices .
- Coordinate with the Sales team new orders.
- Document management of related shipping documents.
- Prepare certificate of origin and receive packaging list to send to customers.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Commerce or relevant field.
- The ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently.
- Computer skills – full awareness of using MS applications.
- 1-2 years of experience in back office sales and customer service.
- Age 23 – 25 years
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- SAP System background
- Ability to work well under pressure and work loads
