Job Description

Main duties & responsibilities

  • Review daily out-standing reports and follow up shipping orders.
  • Coordinate Customers orders with Sales team, plant and the Customer Service Manager.
  • Revise and provide customers with shipping documents.
  • Order and invoicing data entry
  • Review the production plan with the plant.
  • Tracking shipments to ensure no delays.
  • Prepare required reports and invoices .
  • Coordinate with the Sales team new orders.
  • Document management of related shipping documents.
  • Prepare certificate of origin and receive packaging list to send to customers.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Commerce or relevant field.
  • The ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently.
  • Computer skills – full awareness of using MS applications.
  • 1-2 years of experience in back office sales and customer service.
  • Age 23 – 25 years
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • SAP System background
  • Ability to work well under pressure and work loads
  • CV’s must include a recent photo.
